I love to bake Garlic knots in the Winter and eat them when they're hot ! Love those things !
Beef stew and corn bread.

Earlier in the year, I discovered I'm diabetic, so my previous winter comfort foods are things I can't eat. I'm still working on finding things I can eat that aren't just "bleah."
Lately, my winter comfort food is probably sweet potatoes with plenty of cinnamon and artificial sweetener, which is something diabetics can eat, due to the high fiber content.
