I read this morning that the L.A. river is a torrent right now! When was the last time that happened? It's always a dry pit!

What they need is a way to store all that water for drought years, rather than let it all wash down to the ocean.  You'd think somebody would have thought of that within the first couple years of drought.

"Hey, it's not raining NOW ... But what if it does?  How can we save that water?"
