If you move to a really cold place like Canada, will your body eventually get used to the cold?

yes. Your body adapts to the climate you live in. Climatization.

Sure it will. I got used to a 110 degree heat and 100 % humidity in the jungle after a while. Your body adapts in time.

I was born an raised in Hawaii.  I have lived for the past  26 (plus) years in Kentucky.  My first winter I actually couldn't imagine how I was going to live through it.  Now I can't imagine living in that much heat all year long.
