No.
I haven't been to the United States at all :)
Dear Jan,
I was born maybe 100 miles from Seattle, as the crow flies...
Although then Seattle might have been another country, people did not travel much. Got to know Seattle in 1964, I was turning twenty, the first in my family to attend college and that was the University of Washington.
* * *
My last visit as such was last September, spent ten days with my friend Molly...lots of memories, Molly and I having met in 1965.
If you are thinking of a visit yes not to be missed, but go also to the surrounding wilderness, the temperate rain forest of the Olympic Peninsula is incomparable.
I haven't been there ...
No, not Seattle but Port Angeles where my daughter lives. About 80 something miles away.
Nope. But I was in Pittsburgh, Pa. Twice last week.
No ....but I went to Washington DC for a couple days recently ...Washington DC isn't in Washington state and is nowhere near Seattle 😡 I always knew that... Really I did
Yes, several times. Mostly when we travel down the coast to California. (Much nicer route than through Utah, Nevada and then California)
Not yet!
No, I never get to travel anywhere.
Yes, I have. I visited Portland and Seattle together.
I'll never forget the moment we first glimpsed the Seattle skyline while driving: It had been cloudy the whole time up the highway, but once the skyline came into view, the clouds cleared, and three jets flew over the city. It was the most magnificent introduction to a city ever. Lol
Nope, I have not been there. I actually haven't traveled out of state since I was about 7 or 8 years old.
