First you have to know the difference , let me explain you , a good conductor is one which conducts heat and electricity with no resistance this is because of the readiness of the substance to allow molecules to move , which in turn it vibrates and transfer heat and electricity

whereas a bad conductor or insulator do not conduct heat or electricity because of the arrangement of tightly packed molecules in it. It does not vibrate or move in order to conduct heat or electricity .

So in order to get good cooking and taste good conductors should be used ,some of the good conductors are Copper , aluminium , brass , silver etc . Hope this helps.

The above is a shortened website address.  It replaces a link that took up 4 and a quarter lines in a Microsoft word document.

It doesn't show up as a clickable link here, so copy and paste into your browser.

I learned how to shorten links here a few days ago.
