Oh let's see....migraine, cramps, boohooing for no reason, craving chocolate and ice cream that's a start.

Getting cranky and your face breaking out. But there are those lucky few who have no warning signs and if they didn't track it on their calendar it was a complete surprise.

Tender breasts, aching back and pelvis and spotting, or what is sometimes called "a show."

Sore muscles, slight cramps, and if I don't get that, there's a certain sick feeling that I get that I can't explain along with a high fever... Really fun in Summer!

I've had my periods for years and could never predict when it would come, until I got a male dog. I can tell when it's almost time by the way he acts around me. Normally he follows me around, but when it's getting close, he's extra protective and even stands guard when I go to the bathroom. Once I accused him of being wrong because it had only been 2 weeks since my last period, but as usual, he was right.

I mentioned this to my doctor once and he said that he's got a lot of patients who have dogs that predict their periods, too. Here you also came to know about the Pregnancy week by week, although track your pregnancy due date.
