Blood clots will vary. Take for instance, if you fall and hurt yourself bad, blood will clot, to prevent you bleeding out. I know, just fell a few days ago and clots all over knee. Depending on the size of the wound can be quite huge. As for in the circulatory system, can be tiny, pin point, but may cause problems in lungs. Like I say, they vary in size and condition
