There are 14 pounds in a stone.

Thus, if we have 7.6 stones, the number of pounds should also be 7.6 times 14:

7.6 x 14

= 106.4 pounds

Thus there are 106.4 pounds in 7.6 stones.

Just a little extra information. Each kilogram has 2.2 pounds to it. Thus, you can calculate the weight in kg from the given value too:

106.4/2.2

= 48.36 kg

I am 105 pounds but I feel embarrased even when I say that.
I can say to people sometimes: ''I know I'm not fat but I'm not skinny'' - I'm just medium - because I know I'm not fat, but I just think I need to loose weight because I want to be skinnier - it doesnt look like I weigh around 7.3 stone. Sadly.
