My feet fill like I am walking on water balls what can I do to get rid of it
Drink cranberry juice, but don't over do it, only 1-3 servings a day and drink it watered down (surprisingly enough). Garlic also has a diuretic affect. Don't over do it with the salt either, that will just counteract the cranberry juice's effect. Rest for 30-45 min. A day with you feet above the level of your heart, and not upside down or anything, just laying down with a few pillows under your feet and legs. Feel better : )
By chance are you taking medicine for hypertension, if so the majority of people require a diuretic to go with this medication.
