Because 70% ethanol can wash the DNA pellet at the end of DNA isolation process. The genomic or plasmid DNA isolation needs several buffers like lysis buffer, TAE buffer along with different salts and phenol, chloroform, iso-amylalcohol solution.

Apart from A, B, C and Z types of DNA, another form of DNA exists. And that is H DNA, triple helix DNA.

We all know that the DNA is double stranded but existence of H DNA proves that all the time, it is not true though H DNA is made in vitro condition.
