Anything up to 43 is considered to be normal but a level slightly higher shouldn't be anything to worry about. Levels above 100 would raise concerns and over 150 would be very concerning.

Yes, and on the scalp. Shingles is caused by the same virus that causes chickenpox (Varicella-Zoster Virus VZV) which can remain dormant in a person until middle age when it reappears to cause shingles. Nothing to worry about though it can be painful at the time. (Spellings correct, Blurtit moderator please note.)

At six weeks the puppy should still be with its mother. However, the advice given above is good, if you have no alternative you can use cow's milk but make sure it's NOT cold, should be body temperature, NOT warm or hot.
