If your ac light is blinking it means that your ac compressor is not engaging. It is possible that the belt slipped off, but if you still have power steering this is not the case. If your ac light is blinking it means that your ac compressor is not engaging. Your belt could have come off but if you still have power steering then thats not the case. If you still have p/s then there is a problem with the electromagnet that engages the compressor or a wiring problem.
