Can Parents That Have Ab+ And O+ Have A O- Child?

No this is impossible. If parent one is AB and and parent is O. Then parent one would give either a Aor B. SO lets say they gave an A and parent 2 would have to give an O because to be an O you had to have two O genes. The child would be Ao and because the A is dominant then the child would be an A. The same thing works if parent 1 gave the B instead. Still Parent 2 would have to give the O and the child would be Bo. So its blood type would be B.

I would say yes, because that is exactly my case. My mom is AB+ so is my brother, my father is O+, and for some reason I am O-
