A variety of fruits and nuts, mango, banana, passion fruit, coconut, walnuts, pecans, most of these
are farmed though. Cinnamon comes from a bark of a tree in Sri Lanka. While you'd have to be stupid to starve in a rainforest (jungle) most of the common foods found in the jungle aren't gathered from them because of the difficulty in getting anything to market, and the gathering stages...a lot of dangerous things in there too! In the amazon there are several fish species that are used for food as well, and animals.
