I got a lot of varied results while researching this question; from the heal to the spine to the collar bone and anything in between. But the smallest bone in the body is the stapes, one of the tiny three bones in the ear cavity responsible for hearing. Smallest could mean weakest... But I would wager that it is pretty hard to break a bone inside your hear.
