The drain is part of the evaporator box, on the lower left hand corner, just to the right of the gas pedal. The drain does no have a hose attached to it. Instead it goes thru the fire wall and spills outside between body parts. You cannot find the actual drain hole under the car unless you have X-ray eyes. The factory fix is to pull the evap. Box, or about 6 hours of work.
How about a shortcut way to fix? First find the area to the right of the gas pedal where the drain goes thru the firewall. Again it is the lower left corner of the evap. Box. There is a slightly slanted area on the side of the box. This is the best spot to drill. Yes, it is time to drill a hole in your car.
I recommend using a hole saw since it makes a cleaner hole then a regular drill bit, I used a 1 inch hole saw, but a smaller one will work. I wouldn't use any more pressure then necessary to drill because there are parts behind the plastic that you don't want to puncture. Have A towel ready to catch any water still in the box. The reason to use the slanted section is that now it is more of a straight shot to the drain hole. You should be able to find the drain hole with your finger. Use a long nose blower attachment And blow away.
Last step would be to cover the hole. Black duct tape will work, but I got a vinyl plug from Ace Hardware for $.65 and used a little sealant on it. DONE!
While you have the blower out, you should check the rear drain holes. Open the hatch and you'll find a hole on each side in the channel. If these holes clog, rain water will get in the car if it is parked on a hill nose down. The water will flow under the rear seat and collect in the foot wells up front.
