Some questions are: What was your childhood like, do you see things, do you hear things, do you cry easily, what do you feel about the future, do you like being around people, what makes you concerned, do you get panic attacks, what brings on these attacks, what medicines have you been on, have you ever taken illegal drugs, do you drink alcohol, are you concerned about your health, job, have you been hospitalised before. That will do for starters.
