A balloon. Pops at high altitudes because of the difference in pressure on the inside and out sides of the balloon. The difference in pressure is due to the amount of particles, less in higher altitudes.
This is also due to the way particles behave, moving from areas of high concentration to balloon. Of a lower concentration.
