Well, do you have a 20 week old papa/poo mix and how big is it? What is a 'papa-poo' mixed with? You are better off just saying it's a ______/______ mix. It will save a lot time when talking about your pup. :-). Is it a papillon/poodle mix?  What kind of poodle? Do the lines on the poodle side run to toy, miniature, or is it standard if that's it?  Or does the poo part just stand for unknown or I'm not telling you? Dogs of unknown breeds or origins or  mixes  were  labeled as 'poos' until the last few years.
Sorry, there can be no saying or average when dealing with more than one breed. There isn't a genetic predisposition towards certain traits. It could be anything from the breeds involved which makes for a much longer list of possibility's. Mixes can be just as good of a pet as any purebred but they are not a breed, you can not accurately predict, and there is way too much confusion and misconception (and deceiving) right now about it. Theres some good genetics info in the link below. It is useful to know which breeds they are mixed with though so you can look up the traits and health issues of the breeds involved. Good luck to you and have fun with your puppy!
