Okay, let's be optimistic, the chances of you having a healthy child is 75% so that's good odds.

Also there are various tests that they can do during the pregnancy to determine the likelihood of having an SC child. Obviously, if that is confirmed you would have a huge decision to make - but for now, that's something we don't need to dwell on.

There are cases where couples exactly like you and your wife have had five or six children without a single SC amongst them.

Generally, an AS and AC couple could produce AA, AS, AC, SC

I'm sure you have considered other options like adoption too, but I know this is not for everyone. If you are feeling uncertain or concerned, my advice would be to speak to a medical professional, as you really won't be able to rest easy in this situation until you feel you've consulted an expert.
