10 cc is merely a volume, not an indicator of drug concentration. Volume will stay consistent (minus changes in atmospheric pressure) but milligrams will depend always on the drug concentration. I.e. Heparin comes in several dosages, 100mg/ml, 10000/mg/ml. So, to answer your question, there is not a consistent answer as to how many milligrams are in a 10cc volume of solution.
