To bad nobody answers these straight. So, on several other post everyone says 100 cc = 100 ml = 1 dl = 0.1 l.
There are 500 ml in a costco water bottle. I divided into half, then half again (250 ml, then 125 ml) it was a little over 1/2 a cup, so I guess the 25 ml is the little over.
Answer: 1/2 cup
