Is 3.4 A Dangerously Low White Blood Cell Count?

No, 3.4 is low, but not in any way dangerously so.

Unless the white cell differential shows a very low neutrophil count. I would worry if the neutrophils were <1.0 but i would also wonder what the cause was.

A slightly low WBC count can be caused by a simple viral infection, among other things.....

It is low but not dangerously so. Or at least my doctor said mine was not dangerously low at 3.2.
