Yes because we need oxygen to breath so does a fire

Air is the gaseous mixture surrounding Earth. It is approximately 21 percent oxygen. It Does require the oxygen  in the air to burn.

YES....try this experiment: Light a candle (the kind in a jar); then once it is lit, cover the opening of the jar and within seconds the fire goes out.

Burning material must have the following three basic conditions
1) Fuel
2) The combustion-supporting material
3) The fire source

I  really don't no if fire need oxygen to burn because I thaught that air will jus blow the fire out but I guezz that it need oxgen but I really don't no
