Sales Executives should be asked such questions which can check their ability of attracting customers and making sales. Questions should be like this:
- How much do you think the customer is important?
- How much you put your effort to please the customer?
- How you build the rapport with your customer?
- How you convince the customer? Do you tell a lie about your product features to make a sale?
- How much patience a sales person need? How it works?
- How often the customer is skeptical and how a sales person can reduce his skepticism?
