I think cyber communication is a progress because long time ago there was no Internet. To come from no Internet-to-Internet is a progress not a problem. Cyber communication lets you keep in touch with friends and families that are far away from you or on other side of the world. Cyber communication made it easier for us to email, text, instant message, and websites. If you forgot to write down your homework, you can just go to the school website and look up there. It enables you to contact help in an emergency situation. You can also connect with people that you have never met before using some of the sites such as facebook, myspace, and twitter. If you improve any lives of people and give them access of communication I think you have made a progress. Cyber communication allowed business to grow like never before. You can talk to your relatives by using a messenger or a web-cam to talk in person. Cyber communication has allowed us to be more connected society. The ability to talk to people on computer has improved people and their lives. Cyber communication helps people who are special. Suppose you can't speak and you have to say something, you can always say it on email or messages. Cyber communication helps you a lot, but in some cases it can be very harmful.
Cyber communicating is being able to connect with people usually through chat rooms or online profiles, some of these would be msn, texting, facebook, myspace, twitter, bebo, Digg, CampusFree, etc., etc. Some of the progresses of Cyber communicating is that you can connect w/friends and family. It helps us stay in touch with people. It enables us to talk to people in emergency situations. Although there are many progresses of Cyber communication there are also many problems of Cyber communication. There could be online predators. These people can pretend to be completely different people and can find out information about you. They could try to kidnap or hurt you. Another one is Cyber bullying. It is easier to bully someone around on the computer than face to face.
Cyber-communication is not a progress because there a lot of predators that you can't know , they just pretend to be a teenager they describe themselves as possibly teenagers so the person start to talk to them as a teenager person because that it is what he thinks ... I have many more facts of why cyber communication is not a progress : ) .. Its a problem .

You all do realize one of the things you've forgotten. People have been KIDNAPPED ok? Remember that one girl who met in real life with a guy she met in cyber life? He kidnapped her and raped her, then the idiot posted the videos on youtube.
I think that cyber communication is a mix of both a problem and progress.
Progress: You keep in touch with distant friends and relatives better Enables you to contact help in an emergency situation You can connect with people using sites such as Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, MSN, etc.. Etc.. Problem: Online predators can threaten you and your children Cyber bullying People get lazy and rely on technology too much It takes away from basic human-to-human communication and experiences Your privacy is at stake.
Cyber-communication is a progress because it helps us to stay in touch with family and friends.IT helps our parents/ guardians to know where we are, and if we were still using telegrams and letter mail, what would happen if we got kidnapped who would find us?
