8oz. Are in one cup which= 240cc so for 16oz just add 8oz twice that = 480cc
and remember ml and cc are the same so don't get confused on that :)

Usually, in a medical setting they tell you to multiply the ounces by 30 and you will get the cc amount, or divide the cc's by 30 to get the ounces. For example a 6 oz cup of Orange Juice has 180cc.
