Phil Miranda here... All I can say from experience is the fact that The Peoples Program is still the number 1 gifting activity even though The Peoples Program is closing in on 2 years since it launched. I simply urge folks contemplating joining any gifting program to do their due diligence on the program and their inviter before joining.  That's why I always tell people to "Google" my name "Phil Miranda" so that they may also do their due diligence on me as well.

This program is definitely on the up and up. I have been involved for some time and all the IRS guidelines concerning receiving gifts are clearly defined in the web site. I would be happy to give anyone all these guidelines and tell them about the activity. It is not MLM, or a business but just a bunch of people like myself sharing Good News with others. Jim www.jesuslovesmethisiknow.com I also am involved with other programs to help people generate cash in this depressed economy.

Yes, it is a scam.
Colorado's laws make cash gifting a felony at the $50 or higher levels, and the Good News Society is based in that state.
