Jimi Hendrix died on the 18th of September, 1970. He is an American legend; he was a singer, composer and a great guitar player that has inspired more than two generations of guitar players after his death. Jimi Hendrix had voluntarily asked before his death that he would like to be buried in England, however after his death his body was returned back to Seattle. He is buried in Greenwood Memorial Park, Renton, Washington.
