Yes, there are two factors you need to consider for solubility of salts. Lattice energy you and Hydration energy. Lattice energy tends to have high value, a high you means that more energy is needed to break the bonds, therefore solubility is thermodynamically unfavourable, therefore you can say that solubility is inv proportional to lattice energy.
The opposite happens for hydration energy, cause a high value favours thermodinamically solubility and it is then directly proportional to solubility. Soluble compounds tend to have similar values for you and hydration
