How Do You Explain How The Communication Cycle Can Be Used In Difficult Complex Situations?

I'm doing this exact peace of work at the minute and I've made a case study of someone who has died and a nurse telling the family member, just expanding the cycle to include the difficult ness of choosing what to say, how to say it, and making them single stages because they need to be thought of more precisely, to be used effectively :)

I'm on the exact some question and I'm stuck as well, I can't think how to put it into words. Health and social care settings? Ive done the communication cycle but just can think how to describe it within health care settings! :(
