Yes, he did, with a woman named Marina di Andrea Gamba. He had three children, two daughters and a son. They were all illegitimate, though. He never married Marina Gamba. His oldest child was a daughter, named Virginia Gamba, but she later had her name changed to Maria Celeste when she became a nun. His second child was another daughter, named Livia Gamba, but she also changed her name, to Sister Arcangela, when she too became a nun. His last child and only son was Vincenzo Gamba, who was later legitimized and married Sestilia Bocchineri. I am the person who actually made this answer, just didn't have an account before.
