                        the mother and father has A+ blood group and the daughter also has A+. Does this effect the daughter in anyways

Yes child can have A type blood and child could also have o type blood BUT ONLY if both these parents are carrying the o type allele and pass it on./// Likewise it is possible for the child to be rh neg. BUT ONLY if both these parents are carriers for the neg. Alleles. ///  But the highest chances from this parental combination are A+. //  /If both parents are pure breeding for their A and their +, then A+ is the only outcome.
