The stars that you see will vary depending on your longitudinal and latitudinal position on the Earth. Generally speaking, at any point you are only able to see around half the total starts that are visible, however due to the Earth's rotation both around the Sun and it's own axis, at any given latitudinal point, you will eventually be able to see all the starts that are visible from that latitudinal point around the other parts of the world. Conversely, if you were to stand at the South Pole you would see a completely different set of stars form those at the North Pole, and at the polar extremes the stars you can will never vary, they will only appear to rotate around a central point on the sky. Thus in any country, you will see a slightly different set of stars from its neighbouring countries and a completely different set of stars for those countries on the opposite side of the world.
