It could be a iron deficiency. Check with your local garden center and see if they Cary a product called Ironite. You won't need much. It may also be a good idea to remove the plants from the container and wash both the container and the rocks with a light bleach solution. Re-pot with rocks. Add a small amount of the IRonite. Probably just 1/4tsp.
