The balanced equation is
N2  + 3H2  ------>  2NH3
Temperature=932F
we convert it into Degree centigrade=5/9(F-32)=500C
then we convert it into kelvin
Kelvin=C+273
=500+273=773K
So
The relation between Kp and Kc is
Kp=Kc(RT)^Delta n
Delta n=2-4=2
This is the difference in number of moles of reactant and product
Putting values
As Kc=6.0*10^-2
R=general gas constant=0.0821dm3 atm K-1 mol-1
Kp=6.0*10^-2(773*0.0821)^-2
Kp=1.5*10^-5
So Value of Kp is the required answer.
