You lose bone density when you age... Not the whole bones. All adults...even Grandma and Grandpa have 206 boned in their bodies...unless Grandpa lost a limb in WWII, then he would have slightly less. ;)

Why? They have the same number of bones as you! You are making them out to almost be a different species by asking this question.
