Also I keep hearing that NASA isn't receiving enough funding to even make big discoveries anymore. Do you think that's true? or will projects like this have a big "impact" (no "Deep-Impact" pun intended)

Haha!! I agree! I actually haven't heard that yet but I do believe you! But yes on the idea of projects like this having a big impact I do agree on! But we will just have to wait and see! (oh and nice pun lol!! Seemed really fitting for the subject!)
