108m, 1.45m, 1.045m, 1.008m, 0.18m, 0m
Put these measurement in order, with the longest measurement at the top 0,18m, 1.008m, 1.45m, 0, 108m, 1.045m?
Maths has never been my strong point but I do know how to do this!
I forget metres and change (convert) every measurement into the smallest unit which in this case would be millimetres. There are 1000 millimetres in every metre.
When they are all the same it's just a question of putting them into numerical order
0.18m is the same as 180 millimetres 5
1.008m is the same as 1008 millimetres 4
1.45m is the same as 1450 millimetres 2
0m is the same as 0 millimetres (even I know that!) 6
108m is the same as 108000 millimetres 1
1.045m is the same as 1045 millimetres 3
Now they are all in the same unit it is easy to see which is the longest
108m, 1.45m, 1.045m, 1.008m, 0.18m, 0m
To be honest I've found most videos to be less than helpful but I found this one that you could watch and see if it makes sense to you! At least you can always watch it again and again.
