So far in human history, the existence of 'aliens' has not been scientifically proven, so it is very difficult to say whether they can survive in certain conditions or not, given that we do not even know if they exist.

However, when considering certain planets that have been discovered so far, such as Earth and Mars, it would appear that no aliens have survived on either of these planets thus far. This is possibly because they have not yet arrived on earth, but if they do, then we will certainly find out if they can survive on it.

A more plausible (although still slightly left-field) concept is that aliens may exist in an alternative galaxy or universe that humans have yet to discover. It is estimated that there are around 100 billion galaxies out there, and who knows what kind of life forms exist in them.
