Why do people develop phobias, other than from bad experiences?

Phobias can happen anytime it is about 70% impossible to develop a phobia without it not coming from a bad experience..Some people don't want fly in a airplane. They've never had a bad experience but yet they heard bad stuff about them..Some people heard about others drowning so they have phobias about drowning so they refuse to learn to swim...

People may develop a phobia due to an Anixety Disorder.  They might have developed a phobia due to past lives too.  And insinctively we are fear certain things like falling and heights etc and we get a response due to our instinct reaction to certain things.
