How did you arrive at those specific percentages?  Are they based on ancestry?  If so, you are obviously of mixed race.  But virtually no one is 100% one particular race.  I mean, other than native Africans, most of us have Neanderthal markers in our blood, so it is impossible to nail anyone down to a particular race. 

But in these discussions about mixed race, I go back to what actor Don Cheadle said about claims that Barrack Obama was not a black man, but rather a mixed race man.  Cheadle said, "I also believe that you are what you have to defend, and if you're a
black man that's always going to be the bar against which you are
judged, whether you want to align yourself with those themes or not. You
can think of yourself as a colourless person, but nobody else is gonna." 

If you look like a black woman, which I think you do, own it.
