Is the half-life of a radioactive element infinite?

No ... There would be no "half life" for an infinite element ... Because half of infinity is still infinity.

Does that apply for all radioactive elements? I mean, if you keep halving a number, it is impossible to get to zero, the number just keeps getting smaller, doesn't it?
Eg. 1, 0.5, 0.25, 0.125, ect,ect
