Mechanical engineering is very helpful if you are planning to do Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Mechanical engineering helps not only after you complete the course, but also during the course of the study. If you have a one to two year work experience as well, you will have no problem getting admission into the best business schools of the world. Many people often opt for doing MBA rather than doing Ph.D. after engineering. You will find MBA quite easy and interesting if you come from an engineering background. Apart from all of this, after you graduate, there will be a lot of companies that will be eager to hire you and offer you the best pay package. Some of the people who have the best position and pay in the companies are engineers who have also done their MBA. This is the best possible option for you and it is advisable to go for it.
