Asymptotes, are two lines that are not parallel yet they never meet or intersect each other.

Magnetic field lines represent the magnetic force around the magnet or magnetic force of a magnet in a space around it is represented by lines, known as magnetic field of lines. For a negative charge the direction of these lines is inward or towards the charge itself. The direction of these lines for positive charge is outward or away to the charge. These lines do not intersect each other and always form loops. Moreover, direction is associated with these lines and magnetic flux depends on the angle between these lines and vector area.
