Barium chloride plus sodium hydroxide yields sodium chloride plus barium hydroxide.

Barium chloride= BaCl2

sodium hydroxide= NaOH

sodium chloride= NaCl

barium hydroxide= Ba(OH)2

BaCl2 ------ > Ba+2 + 2Cl-1

NaOH ------ > Na+1 + OH-1

The net ionic equation for the reaction is;

BaCl2 + 2NaOH ------ > 2NaCl + Ba(OH)2

Two moles of sodium hydroxide are added to one mole barium chloride to form two moles of sodium chloride and barium hydroxide.
