Aluminum is basically a chemical element that is a metal in nature. It is also found in abundance in the crust of the Earth.

Aluminum is never found free in nature as it is highly reactive. It is always found either as an oxide or as a silicate. It is found in nature as Feldspars, cryolite, garnet, spinel, turquoise, beryl etc. However, the most commonly found and abundant source of Aluminum is ore Bauxite. This is usually found in Australia, Jamaica, Canada, Norway, U.S, Russia, Brazil etc.
