Yes, though there is the possibility of problems if you get pregnant. Since you are RH negative, your immune system will react to your child if he/she/it is RH positive. There are treatments, but it is a factor you need to be aware of *before* your body rejects the fetus. I don't believe there are any problems with immune reactions between type O mothers and type A/B fetuses, though I could be wrong. I am Not A Doctor.
