There are 50% chances that the children of a man with blood group O marries with a woman of blood group AB. Because, In ABO blood group system, A and B are dominant over O (ii). A man with genotype ii is said to have blood group O. But with genotype lAI or lAlA blood group A, and individual with lBlB or lBI has blood group B. So combination of O (ii) from father with AB blood group of mother will produce 50% individuals with blood group A and 50% blood group B.
