Best might be to spray on some penetrating oil like WD-40, give it lots of time to work, maybe a day.
Next is to have a properly fitting good quality tool. Get a good grip, pull away!
Next is to cheat. This means use a cheater bar which is just an extension to fit over a wrench to let you apply more loosening force. 3 or 4 ft long, If you use one long enough you can move the word!
Next might be to use an air impact wrench. But I have had better luck with long cheater bars!
